California Fathers rights

For married and unmarried Fathers: Have you just been served papers to modify your child support? When was the last time your child support was reviewed for accuracy? In California Child support and spousal support are calculated using a software program called DissoMaster. This is the program the Courts, Judges, District Attorney’s, child support services, private attorney’s and other family law legal specialist use to calculate child and spousal support. Many of my clients unadvisedly signed agreements to pay child or spousal support not knowing that such an agreement was double the actual guideline amount.
