child support

For married and unmarried Fathers: Have you just been served papers to modify your child support? When was the last time your child support was reviewed for accuracy? Are you going through a divorce and want to know how much you will have to pay in child/spousal support? Has the local child support agency sent you a letter or court documents requesting your financial information? Are you paying more child support than you can afford? Would you like to learn ways to LOWER your support?

In California Child support and spousal support are calculated using a software program called DissoMaster. This is the program the Courts, Judges, District Attorney's, child support services, private attorney's and other family law legal specialist use to calculate child and spousal support. Wherefore, if you are facing any of the previously stated circumstances, you should have a qualified person run a DissoMaster support calculation before you make any decisions related to child and spousal support. Many of my clients unadvisedly signed agreements to pay child or spousal support not knowing that such an agreement was double the actual guideline amount. Before you sign an agreement to pay support make sure get an accurate calculation by a trained individual using DissoMaster (Avoid on line self calculators)

There are three ways to get the answers and help you need:

First, I have written a book called the Fathers Rights Survival Guide. This is the original guide that was written especially for California Fathers. It has helped thousands of Cal Dads since 1996. This simple, easy to understand guide contains a section on establishing or modifying a child and/or spousal support order. This section will answer all of the questions you may have about how child and spousal support is calculated by the court and what you can do to minimize such payments. Further you will learn how child support is calculated and how to be sure you are paying the correct amount. Therefore, before you spend a dime on an attorney or other legal services learn how the system works. You can be sure your Ex has! Second, I am very excited about a new way to help my clients. It's called The California Advocate Plan. This plan is a "one on one" relationship with me. I become your personal advocate. When you get court papers, a letter from the ex's attorney, have questions and/or concerns I will be there to provide answers and tell you exactly what must be done. The California Advocate Plan is particularly helpful to those Fathers that wish to avoid the high cost of attorneys and represent themselves. Whatever the issue/problem you will always have someone to contact for specific answers and legal guidance. This plan includes the California Fathers Rights Survival Guide.

The California Advocate Plan is the "REAL DEAL". No internet hype or slick sales pitch, just the "Truth" about your move-away issues and how to stop the move and/or resolve related problem (s) NOW and in the future. The California Advocate Plan is simply the BEST legal help any California Father could EVER get!

Third, in Addition to The California Advocate Plans we also have a plan just for those with Child Support issues and problems. It' called the Child Support Evaluation Plan. We will analyze your support order and tell you what you can do to make sure the amount you paying is correct. If the order can be modified downward we will tell you and explain how to do it. We will also perform a DissoMaster calculation based on your specific financial facts. You may be surprised to learn that you are entitled to a substantial reduction in both spousal and child support. At minimum, you will know for sure where you stand.
