Hello Mr. Weening;

I just want to say how pleased I was with your Advocate Plan. I purchased the lifetime plan last January 2017 and found it to be very helpful in resolving various case problems. Your advise and recommendations were right on the money. Very happy to recommend you to other Fathers experiencing family law problems.

Thank you,

To: Mike Weening

It's over! It ended up  better than I expected. I spoke to opposing attorney just before going into see the Judge and told him exactly what you had told me say. He got really angry and stormed off to speak with his client at the other end of the hallway. I could see that neither he nor my Ex were very happy. After 15 minutes he came back to me and told me to stay put that he would return in 15 minutes with a paper for me to sign. He said that the Ex had agreed to my terms of settlement. I was floored to say the least that she agreed. This is exactly what you told me would happen. The attorney really didn't want to end up in front of the Judge and seemed to convince his client that she needed to settle. Needless to say, I am very very happy with the outcome. I am also very glad I found yourt service. It is worth every penny and more.

Thank You,

Mr. Weening,

This is Jonathan Scarpino from the Bronx New York. I spoke with you last week about my 13 year old son wanting to come and live with me. He currently lives with his Mother in New Jersey. Today I did as you instructed and filed the papers with the Family court. They said they will let me know the court date in a few days. I feel so much better after speaking with you. This means a lot to me and my son. I am sure we will be speaking again soon but I just wanted to say thanks for getting me so quick.

Dear Mr. Weening,

This is Mark Nelson from Camp Pendleton, CA. I purchased your lifetime plan last December 2014 while I was still in Afghanistan due to issues I was having with my wife. She decided to move out of our apartment with our 2 year old daughter and move to North Carolina without warning to me or my family. Your help in the following weeks was a God send. I followed your advice and the matter was resolved short of two weeks. I am sure there will be more to his story when I return to the States but for now I just want to say a BIG thank you.

One Happy Father and soldier,

Mark Nelson, Camp Pendleton, CA.

Dear Mr. Weening,

I read your story on your website last week and immediately bought your book. When I was reading your story I felt like you were describing my situation. I made the same mistakes as you did and now feel very inspired to start again and change the many bad agreements I made. I will also buy your advocate plan when I get paid on Friday.

Thanks,

Dear Mike,

I wanted to let you know that I had court last week and the Judge modified the parenting plan just as I requested. He also ordered Susan to keep me informed of her current address and phone number at all times. He looker her straight in the eyes and said "no more games with hiding your address."  He then told us to go out in the hallway and come to an agreement on summer vacation visitation but that if we couldn't agree he was going to order 1 week on and 1 week off. We did come to an agreement of 3 days on, 3 days off. Your parenting plan in the Father Rights Survival Guide was really good and helped me put into words what I wanted. I am very pleased with your help and will recommend you to my friends. In fact, I have already referred a very close friend to you that has some serious problems with his ex wife. His name is James Langdon and he said he will be calling you.

Thanks again,

Dear Fathers Rights,

I bought the Advocate Plan Lifetime last March and it has really helped my case. I spent a lot of money on an attorney that didn't do anything for me. He also corrected a lot of the errors the attorney made. Mr. Weening was really knowledgeable and taught me things that really helped. Most important he was always there when I needed him. I recommend this service to everyone.

Thank you,

Dear Fathers rights team,

I want to thank you for your assistance of my brother Rueben. He is not real good at communicating in English but wanted me to let you know how helpful your Fathers manual was to him. He was able to get the restraining order removed and a good visitation schedule from the court. He is very happy. He said he will contact you again if he has any other questions.

Thank you,

Hi Mike,

This is Meagan Banks from Floresville Texas. I purchased your Advocate plan for my husband John last week. We just completed our first reading of the Fathers rights guide and we have learned so much. It was a real eye opener. My husband John simply made legal mistakes that we are hoping to correct. He loves his kids and has always been a good Father. He just made too many bad agreements with the ex and now it is time to go back to court to correct the problems. We look forward to speaking with you soon!

Thank you so much.

Dear Father rights:

This is Robert Ball from Newark New Jersey. I purchased your Advocate plan program in September 2013. I finally had my final orders hearing yesterday and the court accepted the GAL recommendations. They changed everything back to the original temporary agreement. I now have joint everything. My child support was dropped to $487.00 per month. I have to admit that I never though I would get through this but your help really worked. It turned out just like you said it would.

Thank you and God Bless.

To Fathers Rights:

I can't tell you how much your legal plan has helped me and my case. The information in the Fathers guide and consultations really made a big difference. My ex wife's attorney was trying to screw me big time and we really stopped that from happening. Your the best!

Dear Mr. Weening,

Thanks for all the great information. It has really changed my thinking about how to approach my divorce. The temporary hearing was just like you said it would be. Right now we both have joint legal and physical custody with joint decision making. The GAL say it will likely stay that way. That is a big difference from what she was asking for. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Dear Mr. Weening,

The minute I read your story on the website I knew you were the person I needed to help me. When I read your story it sounded like you were speaking directly to me. I made the same mistakes as you did so I knew you could help me. Fast forward 1 1/2 years later and I was right. After reading your book my whole legal situation really changed. I learned a lot and when I went to court I got a good deal from the Judge and things have been going smooth since. I give you all the credit.

Dear Mike,

Well it's over! Considering all the personal and legal mistakes I made in the beginning of my case I thinks things have turned out well. Jonathan (my youngest son) is now living with me and Carl the oldest is visiting regularly. He is till living with him mom because the school district residential requirement for him to remain on the football team. He graduates this year.

I just want to say that I couldn't have done this with out you. As you know NY family court is not fun. I know you have heard it before but my only regret is not having known about your service sooner. I can't believe I wasted all that time and money on an attorney who did absolutely nothing and in fact as you told me early on hurt my case more than helped it!

Thanks bro! I will keep you posted if anything comes up.

Dear Mr. Weening,

Paul and I would like to thank you for all of your hard work and excellent legal assistance over the past 3 years. Dear Mike:
I hope you remember me. My name is Robert Jankowski. I became a lifetime member in 1998. My daughter just turned 19 yesterday so I began thinking about you and your website. I just wanted to tell you again how appreciative I am for all your help over the years. It really made a difference. I remember you telling me that the biggest thing you needed during your divorce was a person to show you how the system worked and guide you through it. Well for me, you were that person. What I learned from from you over the years was worth it weight in gold. I can only hope others will benefit from your guidance as I have!

A very grateful father.

December 9, 2012

Dear Mr. Weening,

My husband and I purchased your lifetime advocate plan for our son last January. We were sick and tired of not seeing our grand children at Christmas time and decided to seek legal help. Our son is a very quiet man that just doesn't speak up for himself so he always gives into his ex girl friends demands.

After speaking with you in January we followed your advice and filed for a court hearing to modify the visitation schedule. They went to mediation but just as you suspected she would not agree to increased visitation. The ended up going before the judge in early March and the court increased the visitation schedule as my son had requested. He followed your parenting plan exactly as written. She also has to provide pick up and drops which was not a part of the original order.

This Christmas was a dream come true for all of us. We had the kids for 2 full weeks including Christmas day. My son could have never done this without your help. We are all truly grateful. Your counsel was really amazing.

Forever thankful,

Hey Mike,

Your plan really worked good for me. I didn't take the deal her lawyer was offering and went before the Judge. It was just like you said it would be. The Judges order was almost half of what her lawyer was asking. She also allowed me to pay the day care directly to center. My custody hearing in scheduled for next month. I will send you an e-mail how it turns out. I am feeling really good about my case now!

Thanks for all your help.

Dear Attorney Weening-

This is Marques Hall from Brooklyn. I just got back from court and here is what happened. I get to see my son 3 days every week until next Summer then I get them every other week. I also get 1 week at Christmas and Easter vacation every other year. What an improvement. Better than the 1 weekend a month I had. My ex is not happy but the judge warned her that she needed to perform the order.

I really can't tell you how great your help was. I could have never done this by myself. I will tell the world about your service.

Thank you,

Mr. Weening:

My name is Juliet Reeves and I purchased your lifetime plan for my son Nelson this past March. He was having terrible problems with his ex girlfriend not allowing him to see his daughter. He was so distraught at the prospect of losing her forever that he had all but given up.

When we spoke with you in April about the case you really delivered. We went to court on June 1st and the Judge really jumped on her for not allowing Nelson to even see the child.

The court awarded him every Thursday thru Sunday; 3 weeks in the summer and 1/2 of all holidays. His child support is $278.00 per month and she has to pay her own attorney fees. Much lower than we expected. He also ordered that Nelson gets the Baby for 2 weeks (In addition to the regular summer visitation schedule) beginning immediately due to her refusal to allow visitation.

I really don't know how to thank you. God Bless you for the work you are doing for Fathers.

Sincerely,
Juliet Reeves

Dear Mike,

Thank you for all the great information. I was headed for certain disaster until I read you book. I really had no idea how the child support system worked. Your book saved me a fortune. Dear Fathers/Mike Weening,

Your recent assistance with my child support case (Illinois) was very beneficial. Support was finally lowered to a reasonable amount and even part of my support arrears was reduced. Dear Michael,

Well our nightmare ride through the twilight zone has ended. We finally got custody of my husbands 10 year old son Jacob. After 3 attorneys, 7 hearings, 3 custody evaluations, two guardian ad litems and $22,000 in attorney fees it ended favourably. I can only say I wished I would have found your site sooner. The advise and direction you provided were exactly what was needed. Out of all the attorneys (3) reports, expert witnesses, custody evaluators, mediators you were the only source of real assistance. I will contact you again soon to discuss some post judgment questions and concerns.

Dear Mr. Weening,

I had my hearing this past Friday and I must say that all of the issues were very fairly resolved. It didn't look that way in the beginning when I first bought your survival guide but after following your advice things really improved. I think I got just as good of a deal on my own as I would have with an attorney. Thanks for all of your help and guidance.

October 22, 2011

Hello Mr. Weening,

I would like to update you on my trial. The Judge terminated the spousal support just as you stated. He said she has the ability to work and didn't make a good faith effort to find employment. He also lowered my child support from $1125.00 @ month to $816.00.

He told her that she needs to get a job by May 1, 2011 or he will impute an even larger income to her.

The Judge also followed the GAL recommendation so my time visitation time share was increased to 6 weeks in the summer instead of 4 and she must now pay 1/2 the air fare.

All in all it was a good day in court. Your help was instrumental in accomplishing my goal. It turned out just like you said it would!

I am sending a copy of the order for you to review.

Thanks for all your help. I couldn't have done this with out you.

Hi Mike,

This is Adam Mendenhall. I just wanted to say thanks for all your help. I went to four attorneys who all refused to help me with my case. When I read your guide I knew you would there was hope for me. I barrowed the money from my mom for the Advocate Plan and it turned out to be a great decision.

As it turned out I get my daughter 3 days a week and th Judge did allow the first right of refusal to do the day care. The other attorneys said the court wouldn't do it. My child support is $256.00 a month. I can live with that. Much better than $480.00 that I was previously paying to the Washington Attorney General. I have referred you to a friend that also needs you help big time. He will be calling you. His name is Martin Thomas.

Thank You,

Dear Fathers Rights,

This is Brandon Miller from Georgia. (Atlanta) I wanted to write and tell you how pleased I was with your advice. I bought the lifetime plan last year and it has really helped my situation. you may remember that the mother refused to let me see my kids even after the court made orders. Her and her boyfriend kept threatening me in person an text. Finally, they began coming to my work and that's when I contacted you. You instructed me to file for a protective order on the mother and file for personal harassment order on the boyfriend. Before I could file there was an incident where the mother and her boyfriend attacked me while I was holding out 4 year daughter. I called 911 and both went to jail. They are facing assault charges and child endangerment. I went to court yesterday and got custody of both kids. The mother now has a restraining order on her and has supervised visits every Saturday at the Civic Center here in Atlanta. The Judge ordered her to enter an anger management class. The boyfriend is still in jail because he had some other warrants. I got the PO on him as a well. He cannot come with 100 yards, no contact for any reason and the Judge also restrained him from being anywhere near my kids. I am so glad I found you. I don't have the money for an attorney and your help was really great. I couldn't have done this without you. God Bless you.

Brandon G. Miller-Lifetime member

May 3, 2011

Dear Mr. Weening,

You were right. Not only right but it sounded like the Judge had read your information. It was just as you said it would be. The Judge changed the temporary orders as follows; he vacated the temporary restraining order and ordered 50/50 joint legal/physical custody. All pick up/drops off's are to be done at school. He stated that he wanted us to submit a written proposal to the other party on the exact custody time share schedule. He then looked at my soon to be ex an said if there is no agreement he will set an order and she may not like it.

In short, I am very pleased with the new orders. I could not have done this without your assistance. Your help was right on.

Thanks for everything.

March 19, 2011

Hello Mr. Weening,

I Just wanted to let you know how things turned out in court on my to court dates. Last month the court approved the new GAL report and my visitation was increased by 1 more overnight per week and 1 more week in the summer. The court also ordered the ex to provide 1/2 the transportation. (something she refused to do in the past) I also get first right of refusal to provide day care if the ex is NOT available. She can't just take him to Grandma's house like before.

Two weeks later I went to the child support hearing. The Judge really scolded her and her attorney for not having the financial declaration. The court imputed an income to her of $2,500 a month. The Judge told her that she was underemployed in that she had the ability to work full time and chose not to. When he calculated the support is was $213.00 a month less because of the imputed income and my increased time share. My total support is now $287.00 a month.

So, I made great gains in both visitation and child support and all thanks to you. I would have never guessed this was available to me. I am very regretful I didn't know about you at the time of my divorce two years ago. You have a great service.

Dear Attorney Weening:

I am sorry I didn't write to you sooner. My mother purchased your survival guide for me last November. After reading the information I upgraded to your lifetime plan. I wasn't sure if I even had a case but you convinced me to re-file and go back to court to modify my visitation time share. You probably don't remember but my ex's family are millionaires and paid for her high powered attorney. Anyway, I filled in December and went to court in January. The Judge appointed a guardian ad litem named Sally Bremerton. She was was really great and listened to everything I had to say. She also talked to my children and my parents. She filed her recommendation and the Judge followed everything she said. I now have 3 days week, 1/2 the summer 1 week on , one week off and half of all holidays. The Judge also didn't give her attorney fees!

Anyway I can't thank you enough for what you did. Everything turned out just like you said it would.

Thank you , thank you, thank you.

Dear Mike Weening,

Just to let you know , I went to court on October 18 and the judge dismissed my ex girlfriends petition for a protective order and request for supervised visits and sole custody. He told her that he simply did not believe her story of abuse. He actually told her in court that she could be jailed for making false reports to the police. He also warned her that if she does not abide by the current orders he will consider changing physical custody.

The funny part of this is I remember what you said about how quickly an ex will make a fair agreement when she has been scolded by the judge. That is exactly what happened. We went into the court hallway and signed an agreement that allows 13 nights a month and alternating weeks in the summer. Child Support stayed the same at $305 per month.

Thanks for all your help sir. I have already recommended you to many of my friends.

Dear Mr. Weening:

The nightmare is finally over! After two long bitter years my divorce is finally finished. Things certainly turned out better than were originally projected by my former attorney. Acquiring your services was to say the least, invaluable.

When I started with your Advocate Plan I was under temporary orders to pay $1,435.00 in child support (2 kids) and $450.00 in Alimony. I only had every other weekend visitation or what is know in New Jersey as a standard possession order.

I had trial last Tuesday and the final orders are: $994.00 in child support; $300.00 in alimony (for only 3 years) and I was awarded joint custody with 3 days a week visitation and half of all holidays alternating on even/odd basis, and 2 months each summer.

A dramatic improvement over the temporary orders!

I want to thank you and your staff especially Carla for all the favorable scheduling and the tremendous work you are doing for Father's like me. I highly recommend your services to everyone. It turned out exactly like you said it would.

God bless you,

Dear Mike,

Jeff went to court this morning and it was wonderful. Judge Langston really got angry with his ex and her attorney for not allowing Jeff contact with the kids for 3 months. He told her attorney that he would remember that when it came time to award attorney fees. He immediately gave Jeff the remaining 3 weeks of this summer and gave him 3 days out of 7 every week; 1/2 of all holidays and 6 weeks in the summer. Also she has to provide 1/2 of all transportation. The Judge also denied her request for alimony saying that her college education was sufficient and that she chose not to use it. He also awarded her $426 a month in child support which was less than half of what her attorney said it would be. In the end it was a very long day but very productive. Needless to say we are very happy with the outcome.

This is the hard part for me. I hope I don't start crying before I finish. I want to tell you that what you did for Jeff was absolutely amazing. He was so discouraged and did not know what to do. All three of his kids are in our living room right now because of you. I am just the new wife and stepmom and I would not have had a clue how to take care of this problem until I found your website. Your information and service were exactly like you said it was on your website and I pray that other men having divorce, child support, custody and visitation problems will allow you to help them. Thank you and God bless you.

Dear Fathers Rights,

I bought your survival guide in May and boy what an eye opener. I have read it several times and plan on upgrading to the lifetime advocate plan soon. All I can say is I wished my dumb lawyer would have told me the truth in the beginning. I learned more for $63 bucks than I did wasting $4000 on a worthless attorney. Thanks for all the great information. I hope to be talking with you soon.

Dear Mr. Weening,

I bought your lifetime advocate Plan for my grandson Jacob last December 2009. He was totally distraught and without hope fearing that he would never see his kids again. The mother is very vindictive and bi polar person who started brainwashing the kids. She is addicted to both prescription and illegal drugs but we could never get the court to take action. We tried everything but it was like they didn't believe us. The Judge would not order drug testing. He wouldn't even listen to anything Jacob had to say. Our whole family was so frustrated with the legal system until we found your website. I really didn't know whether you would be able to help him or not but I took a chance and became an Advocate plan member. After many e-mail's and consultations with you we were finally able to get the papers filed and a hearing date. Everything was done just as you taught us.

When we got to court that morning we were so scared. I was afraid Jacob would not be able to speak if the Judge asked him questions. The Judge didn't waste any time he looked at the drug test results and that was it! He looked at her and said "Miss Coulter you have a big drug problem and are in no condition to be caring for your children." He then awarded Jacob full custody. It turns out that the mothers drug test showed more than just prescription drugs; it also showed cocaine. My son did not know this until, the day of court. The Judge was really great. He ordered her to attend a recognized drug rehab program for at least 6 months and limited her visits to every Saturday from 3 to 5 at her mothers house who must supervise all her visits. She must also submit to random drug testing. She also was allowed midweek phone calls on Tuesday and Thursday. A review hearing is scheduled for December 15.

Mr. Weening what you did for my grandson was nothing short of amazing. It wasn't just the legal information but your patience with Jacob that made this all happen. Our family will never forget what you have done. God Bless you for the work you are doing for fathers.

Sincerely,
Ida Graziano- Bakersfield, CA.

March 12, 2010

Hi Mike,

My name is Brendan Cole and I purchased the survival guide 4 months ago. I was having big problems with the Texas attorney general for back child support. I am also on workers compensation due to an injury I received at work in December. They suspended my drivers license last January and took my tax return this year but refused to change my current child support. The amount of the back support was wrong since I have always been garnished from day 1. The Attorney general would not help me at all just like you stated in your guide. They were totally working for my ex.

After reading your guide I was able to take the recommended steps and file for a hearing to prove I had paid the back support and modify my child support.

I had court last Wednesday and the Judge dismissed $18,000.00 (I still owe $6,300.00) in arrears and reduced my current support from $1534.00 a month to $427.00. I was ordered to pay $150.00 a month on the back support. They also assigned my ex an income of $2000.00 a month. The Judge told her that she had gone long enough and should be working by now. She was a Rehabilitation therapist that used to make $40,000.00 a year. She last worked in 2008 and can still work but is re-married to a wealthy doctor so she just doesn't want to work.

Anyway, I wanted you to know how much your book helped me. I am now planning to go back to court and increase my visitation. I wished I had found this information 3 years ago.

Thanks for helping Fathers like me.

Dear Mr. Weening,

I am an Advocate Plan Lifetime member. I had court yesterday and I wanted to drop you a note and let you know how it turned out:

Child Support was $1,423.00; NOW $634.00; Daycare was cut in half. Judge found she wasn't working during hours of daycare.

Custody is now JOINT; no longer SOLE

Visitation is: Friday to Monday, 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends; 1/2 of all holiday/out of school periods; First right of refusal to provide day care of my twin boys if the mother will be gone more than 3 hours.

Her boyfriend has been restrained from picking up and dropping off.

In Short, YOU ARE MY HERO! I will declare your services to the world!

Very Happy in Texas!

Mike:

Thank you for all your help and support!

I wanted to send you a brief note to let you know that on Wednesday, October 28th at approximately 1:00 PM I won temporary custody of my middle (16 1/2 year old) son. Wooo-Hooo! He moves to NJ on November 7th. My Ex is still demanding a trial and the Judge set a trial date of January 11th, 2010. So it's not over yet but today we feel good!

You may recall when last I wrote (on 9/25) that I was continuing the process of preparing for and attending the numerous court hearings regarding my 16 1/2 Year Old Son (Billy) and his desire to live with me here in New Jersey. He was living with my ex in upstate New York. My ex, acting as her own attorney, caused many hearings to be held that were continually delayed - At the time I thought it was becoming a total waste of my time and money. I am so happy I kept pressing on!

First priority... Getting my son acclimated to New Jersey life, school, sports, friends, etc...

I am also moving immediately on to the child support modification phase and preparations for the trial. Wish me luck!

Your Father's Rights Survival Guide set the foundation for this victory and your willingness to respond very quickly to my questions with clarity, sound advice and steadfast encouragement certainly helped me through this very difficult and demanding process. You helped me begin with the end in mind and never waiver when the odds seemed insurmountable.

I can't thank you enough!

Dear Mr. Weening,

My name is Alan McDonald. You probably don't remember me but I purchased your lifetime plan back in June of 2003. I was the guy that had the same birth date as you and my son had the same birth date as your son. Anyway, I had a very hard case with a vindictive wife and was in court 14 times in 6 years. I spoke with you maybe 40 times and your advice was always right on.

I am writing to tell you that my youngest son is now 18 and graduated so I am FREE FREE FREE at last. (Hurray!!!!) During my family law case which began in 1998 I spent over $72,000.00 in bad attorneys, bad custody evaluators, law guardians, marriage and family therapist and was sinking big time until I found you. You really turned my case around and everything you told me came true. Your plan was the best money I ever spent. I have a very good relationship now with my two sons and that would not have happened without your help. If there is anything I can do to help the Fathers Rights movement just let me know. I have time and money again for the first time in a long time thanks to you and want to help other men in need. Please put this letter in your story section and it's ok if you want to give my email address.

Thank you,
Alan McDonald

Mike

Thank you so much for your guidance and support. The Ex wife showed up to a gun fight with a stick, I had a .44 mag. I read your manual and right away signed up for the Advocate plan. The Ex and the court (female judge) knew right away that I was ready to rock. The proceeding lasted more than 3.5 hours. Many times the court would try to make a ruling in favor of my Ex and I would bring up the guidelines and laws that pertained to the ruling and the judge would quickly back peddle. The Ex was shaking in her boots. I believe right now that she has no faith in the court system. Best of all, following your advise was easy and gave me the confidence to confront the system. Several of the points I learned from you, I even caught the judge off guard.

During the proceedings I was able to uncover $11,000 worth of income the Ex was not claiming and the court accepted as income. This helps to reduce my obligations.

I can't thank you enough. There is justice but you just have to know how to apply it.

Hey Mike,

A deal is a deal. We made a deal that if you really helped me I would write a note telling the world about you and your service.

I bought your Advocate Plan in September of 2006. After reading the Fathers Rights guide I knew there was something very special about all of this. I still don't know why nobody told me these things before. It was one of the best things I have ever read. I later upgraded to the lifetime plan in June 2007. Dude, you did more for me than the three attorney's (Bozo's) I hired. They didn't do squat for me! I mean I wasted over $25,000 grand on those clowns. Anyway I got my two boys now 50/50 thanks to you and I'm loving it. Your help meant everything bro. It wouldn't be like this without you! You da man! And if anybody wants to e-mail me about you no problem.

Peace bro!

Dear Attorney Weening,

I wanted to drop you a note and let you know that the Fathers Rights Survival Guide was excellent and exactly what I needed. I still can't figure out why my attorney never told me these things. I have already managed to get a better visitation order and have a court hearing on child support coming up in April. Again thank you for your guide. I have already told all my friends and co-workers about you here in the plant.

Thanks,

Dear Mr. Weening,

I want to thank for what you have done for son! He was so depressed about his situation and felt there was no longer any hope for him to see his children. This situation has been very difficult for our whole family. When I saw your website something told me that this is what my son (Jason) needed. I purchased the Fathers rights Survival Guide and sent it to my son in Ft Lauderdale.

About 3 days later he called me and was so excited about what you had written. He read the guide over and over again. Then he called me and asked if I could help him upgrade to the Advocate Plan Lifetime. (He really doesn't have much money.) My husband and I gave him the money to upgrade. After another week he called again and was so excited about what you had told him. For the first time in years he was filled with hope that he would finally be able to correct a bad agreement he had mistakenly signed during divorce proceedings 6 years ago.

The next day after the consultation he went to the court house and did exactly as you had instructed. He filed for a hearing to modify his visitation and custody orders and was given a court date of November 11, 2007. To make a long story short his ex wife would not agree to allow unsupervised visits. No reason, just didn't want it! He had paid his child support on time every month and she still wouldn't allow over night visits.

At the hearing, the Judge questioned the mother as to why she would not allow overnights. He asked her to give him a good reason why Jason should not have the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends of every month, 2 to 4 weeks in the summer and 1/2 of all holidays. She froze and didn't say anything. Then the judge gave my son the entire Christmas vacation period since he had not had any reasonable visitation in some time. My son was estatic!

In January of 2008 My son again returned to court to lower his child support. You had reviewed his current order that were established 5years ago. You had noticed that he was paying over guideline due to his default on the divorce. The court lowered his support by to $965.00 from $1476.00. Over $500.00 a month less than he had been paying.

My son owes all his success to you. You were very strong with him when he was at his weakest moment. More than anything you were very truthful and what you said would happen did!

Thank You so much!

Mr. Weening:

I purchased your book on 4/14/07 and was simply amazed by what I read. Three days later I purchased your Advocate Plan Basic and had my consultation on 5/2/07. I was again overwhelmed by your counsel and advice. Last week I went to court on the move-away issue and the judge told her she could leave if she wanted but the kids had to stay here. Later that afternoon she called me and said that she had no choice and had to leave. The following day she dropped the children off at my house and left for Phoenix. Your analysis of my case and what the court would do was exact. It turned out just like you said. I am still amazed and telling everyone about you.

Thank you so much.

Hi Mike,

Thanks to your guide and advice, my court date last Tuesday (03-06-07) went in my favor-the first time in 4 years! Your information and everything you said was so "right on". They are actually going to enforce visitation, approved my abatement request, and appointed a special friend of the court to set a fair support amount. The bailiff and another attorney congratulated me coming down from the defendants chair. They wanted $3500 or 90 days in jail. They settled for $1500. Even though I am $7000 behind, I have been paying $100 per week so the FOC (friend of the court) looked stupid in front of the judge when they read the payment schedule. I was on fire and the FOC was agreeing with every point I made. Sorry I didn't write sooner.

Dear Mike,

I hired you for my brothers' nasty divorce. Thomas Kelly. Well everything is over and I wanted to thank you for all of your help. He got everything he wanted plus more even after everyone told him to not even BOTHER trying to fight for joint legal and physical custody. I can't thank you enough.

I firmly believe that parenting plan packet that you provide made him look deadly serious about his wants. Even though the mediator was a complete boob you know he showed or told the judge about my brothers' extremely professional parenting plan. His very expensive lawyer did nothing for him and in fact did not even advise him to go into mediation with a well written very clear plan.

All of your other information was spectacular and I highly recommend the top package (Advocate Plan Lifetime) where you are able to speak with you for the length of the case.

You may use my letter in any way that help sell your services or give hope to men that were like my brother and felt he had little chance against a woman dominated divorce system.

Sincerely,
Lori Kelly

Dear Mr. Weening:

I just got out of court 1 hour ago (12/22/06) and had to make sure you got the news first! I WON CUSTODY!!! I don't know if you remember me but I bought your Advocate Plan Lifetime last July. I live in Illinois. My child's mother had told me she would be moving to Denver Colorado in November. I was so scared I would never see my 5 year daughter again.

After talking with you I did as you told me and filed to establish my rights as the father. I also filed for a court date to keep my ex from leaving. I was so worried about what might happen in court that I must have read the Fathers Rights Survival Guide and the section on Move-Away 50 times. When we got to court the Judge told her that she could not leave until after the court decided. The Judge even had her attorney write a formal order that made it very clear she was not to leave the county where we lived. Just like you said in the guide!

Just before Thanksgiving she left to Denver anyway without my permission or a court order. I called you and you told me to file for another hearing. In short, she and her attorney argued that it was just a visit. At court the Judge's face turned beet red and told her she was wrong to have left and could no longer be trusted to insure that the child had contact with me and so he awarded primary physical custody to me. He also stopped the child support and set another date in January for the court to make a new order for her to pay me support.

This has all happened because of your help and advice. Five months ago I had no rights at all and was paying high child support. Wow, did things change! This is exactly what you said would happen. The Judge was mad just as you said he would be. Every thing you predicted came true. Thank you so much for your help. I could not have done this without you.

Merry Christmas,
Shawn Phelps and my daughter Lindsay

Hello Mr. Weening:

My wife (now ex-wife) served me with divorce papers this past January. (Jan 05) I immediately began searching for help and found your website. I purchased the Fathers Rights Survival Guide. I spent two days reading and studying the guide and then upgraded to the Advocate Plan Lifetime.

I can't begin to tell you how much you have helped me. I have now spoken with you at least ten times and we have exchanged a lot of e-mail. We had trial last Thursday (November 2, 2006) and prior to seeing the Judge we made an out of court settlement of all outstanding issues. She had called me the night before and was scared she would not get what her attorney was promising her. She was right!

We agreed to 50/50 time sharing, we both kept our separate pension plans and respective cars. I did have to pay $1000.00 of her attorney fees but that was okay considering how much I had gained. I could have never done this with out you and your faithful service. My children and I both thank you. I am sure you will be hearing from me again!

God Bless you!

My Aunt purchased the Fathers Rights Survival Guide for me while I was deployed in Iraq. (3-06) My wife decided to serve me with divorce papers while I was deployed. At the time I was feeling pretty helpless and didn't know how to get help for my problems. The JAG office didn't offer much help. Your guide really inspired me and helped me through some very tuff times. Your Information about the Soldiers Relief Act really stopped my wife and her attorney dead in their tracks. They could not do anything while I was deployed.

When I got back to Maryland in August I upgraded to the Advocate Lifetime and you told me exactly what to do. I had a hearing date on 9/29 for custody and visitation and with your help and advice things turned out great. My wife didn't get anywhere near what she (and her attorney) were threatening in phone calls and e-mails to Iraq. Your advice and direction really made a big difference.

Thanks,

Dear Mr. Weening,

I purchased your book last September (2005). After reading the section on Domestic violence I upgraded and purchased the Advocate Plan Basic. Your evaluation of my case and advise were invaluable. I successfully defended my self on a domestic violence issue that was totally a bunch of lies to begin with. You legal navigation was right on the money. The order for protection was dropped as well as the supervised visits. Couldn't have done this without you!

Martin Jackson, Elizabeth, NJ.

Hello Michael!

I just had to write and tell you that it has been 6 months since we purchased the Advocate Plan Lifetime and first spoke. What you predicted is exactly what happened. You advise was so accurate. Thank God we did not proceed without you. You have saved me thousands of dollars and brought more clarity to my case than previously existed. I am sure we will be in contact again. Simply saying thank you does not describe how thankful am for your service. My mom says thank you as well.

To Mr. Michael Weening,

My name is Sabrina Linfield and bought the Advocate Plan Basic for my husband Alex in December 05. He was having a very hard time seeing his two 10 year old twin girls from a previous marriage. The mother had a high powered attorney during the divorced in 2003 and they really stuck it to him. After you consulted with my husband in December he was able to return to court last week and significantly increase his visitation time share. It was also determined that he was paying well above guideline child support. The Judge also lowered his support payment dropped by 174.00 per month. The Judge also lowered the day care payment since the girls were no longer utilizing full schedule day care. I just want you to know that I would give you the moon if I could! Thanks again!

Sabrina Linfield,

Fathers Rights:

I just want to thank Mr. Weening for all of his help, especially his honesty. I purchased the Advocate Plan Lifetime in October after failing terribly in previous court appearances. I went to court yesterday and everything turned out exactly just like he said it would. Even the words the Judge used to make the new order were exactly the words Mr. Weening said he would. It really was amazing!

Mr. Weening:

I purchased the Advocate Plan lifetime this past July. It is truly the best thing that has happened to my case in 10 years. The Survival Guide was excellent but the advice you gave me during the initial consultation was "spot on". Everything you told me is exactly what happened. The orders the Judge made were almost "word for word" the way you said it be. I can't thank you enough!

Aaron Brower,
Queens, NY.

Dear Father's Rights,

I was so hesitant to use your service based solely on information I received from your site. But I am so glad I did. I went to court last Friday (08-3-05) and got my Drivers License back and my child support payment reduced to $263.00 per month. The pre-court information that you provided me with was so accurate. It was just like you said it would be! I will recommend you to my friends. I am sure they will be calling you!

Thanks!
Jonathan Dooley,
San Diego, California.

The Fathers Rights Survival Guide is excellent. I have spent $12,000 on attorneys and didn't learn anything. I wished my attorney would have been honest and given me this information. After reading your guide, particularly the section on "the truth about family court and attorney's" I now know why he didn't tell me the truth. For $60.00 I have now learned the truth about how the family court works and will now try to correct years of bad advice by so called family law specialist. Thanks for your honesty!

Edgar Simms,

Dear Fathers Rights,

My son was having terrible problems with the District Attorney. They said he owed $15,000 in back child support. He had spoken with the LA County child support division and they literally hung up on him. He was feeling hopeless. I bought the survival guide for him last month. I read it first and was very impressed with the information. Together we filed a court action at the end of last month. We went to court on 07-22-05. The Judge lowered his support from $421.00 to $215.00. His back payment was lowered from $15,342.00 to $6.079.00. We could not have done this without the guide you have written. Everything you said turned out to be true. We have already filed another action to resolve the Custody and visitation problems. I will let you know what happens!

Thank You so much,

I ordered your guide 6 days before my hearing date. I learned so much that I was finally able to get a good visitation order with my kids. I had been to court 3 times before on the same issue and can't believe how wrong I was about the family court. My ex-wife's attorney had me to the point of giving up! After I read your guide I realized that I was the one that was wrong because I didn't know what I was doing. I followed what you said to do and it all worked out just as you said. My Dad also read your guide and he said that if it was given to every person with a family law problem the family court would close for lack of business.

Thank you so much for writing the Father's Rights Survival Guide. I ordered the guide last month and have read it over 10 times. I wished I would have had this information 5 years ago. Since reading the guide I was able to lower my child support from $781.00 per month to $256.00. I also was able to lower my back child support with the DA by $4600.00. I am now in the process of filing to modify my visitation so that I can see my sons more often. I will highly recommend your book to others. It's the best $60.00 I have ever spent. I wished I would have done it sooner. Thanks again.

Dear Fathers Rights:

I purchased your guide last September. The sections on Custody and Visitation really helped me. I went to court last Thursday and got my parental rights. I also got a very good visitation order. The Judge was great! I didn't have an attorney and she did! Your information was right on the money. Thank you for your help!

Hello Mr. Weening,

I just want to drop you a line and let you know that I purchased your Advocate Plan Basic last May. I was having a lot of problems with my attorney and your consultation was just what I needed. After hanging up I did as you instructed and fired my attorney and called a paralegal in Phoenix who filed the papers you recommended. In short, I went to mediation and to the hearing and the Judge scolded my Ex wife severely and told her that anymore violations of the visitation order and he would not rule out changing custody to me. My whole family was present in court and very thrilled at the outcome. Since then, she (my Ex) has complied with all the orders and I am seeing my sons without interference. My only regret is that I didn't find you sooner. I can't begin to thank you for your knowledge and most of all honesty!

Jeffrey Bragg,
